Consumer Complaint - I need an in person appointment with Consumer Affairs to help with:
Complaints for gas and electric service or billing (Xcel Energy, Black Hills, Atmos or Colorado Natural Gas.);
Transportation Complaints for taxi rides, Instate moving companies & nonconsensual towing concerns; or
Telecommunication Complaints (CenturyLink etc.) The telecom industry is unregulated but we will share your concerns with the company as a courtesy.
Transportation - I need an in person appointment regarding PUC permits, vehicle stamps, application for towing authority, application for passenger carrier authority, application for HHG moving authority, or another transportation related matter that is not a consumer complaint.
Electric - I need an in person appointment regarding an Electric matter that is not a consumer complaint.
