Cabin Leader Registration Form 2021
This is the CABIN LEADER FORM. If you are a student camper or Camp Staff, please go back to the JBA website and find your appropriate form.

Cabin Leaders need to be at least 18 years of age for Boys/Girls Week and at least 21 years of age for Youth Week.

Cabin Leader Fee is $125 per camper. Payable to your local church.

If you are serving as a cabin leader for one week and camp staff a different week, you must fill out both forms.

Kids Week (Boys and Girls Combined): June 14-18, 2021
Youth Week: June 21-25, 2021

Each church sending campers must send a cabin leader of the same gender. Cabin leaders will be emailed a background check consent form that must be completed and received at the JBA office on or before June 1st.

We will be sending information as it becomes available via email. Please enter the best email address to receive this information below. T-Shirts: Other sizes may be available, but not guaranteed. One shirt is included FREE with each $125 camper/cabin leader fee. Additional shirts are available to purchase for $10 each and can be added to your church's order at the time of registration on the MONDAY MORNING of each camp. To avoid confusion with the fees due from each church, order forms will be available for these extra shirts on the Monday morning of camp and must be paid in CASH and separate from each church's registration fees. If you would like to buy an extra shirt, just bring the cash Monday and fill out the order form at the time of registration. We do not need the sizes for these extra shirts ahead of time, just include the needed size for your FREE shirt below. *
