Thank you for your interest in serving in a leadership role within our local chapter of Sigma. Please complete this form if you wish to nominate yourself or another eligible chapter member for a board position. Nominations will be accepted through August 1, 2026.

Following the close of nominations, the chapter board will contact all nominees to confirm their willingness to serve and accept the nomination prior to the election process.
