Sponsorship of 4th Fridays is $100/concert and includes booth set-up at the event where your business or organization can interact with over 1,000 community members. The more interactive your booth, the better return on investment this involvement will be for you.
SET-UP & BREAK-DOWN--Event time is 4:30-9:00pm. All vendors and event participants are asked to arrive at 4pm and be set-up and ready for the public by 4:30pm and stay until the close of the event at 9pm.--SUPPLIES: Tables and chairs are available. Request must be received 3 weeks before event date. --COB safety guidelines are the standard for power cords, trip fall hazards, etc. For more information on these guidelines, please visit www.ci.burlington.nc.us --No tents are permitted at this event --Please bring tablecloth and other relevant decor/advertisement for your table
DEADLINE-Applications must be received at least 3 weeks prior to event unless approved by B-Town Events: ---MAY, JUNE & JULY ARE FULL--- August 24th --- Due August 3rd
4th Fridays is an event recognized by the community as being engaging, entertaining and inclusive. B-town Events reserves the right to uphold the integrity of the event by giving priority to businesses or organizations that include creative component at booths and fit with the nature of the event.
