Photography & Video Waiver/Release
I hereby acknowledge and agree that any photographic portraits, pictures, video, audio recordings and motion picture footage, or other media taken of myself, my properties and/or personal possessions may be used by Andrea Hamlin Photography/H Visual Media, (including the Kincardine Scottish Festival & Highland Games) and their agents and representatives, successors and assigns and/or those for whom they are acting and those acting with their authority and permission for promotional purposes in any of their brochures, postcards, advertisements, website, etcetera. I release Andrea Hamlin Photography/H Visual Media and their agents and representatives, successors and assigns and/or those for whom they are acting and those acting with their authority and permission and agree to waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future in respect of the use of the photographic portraits, pictures, video, audio recordings and motion picture footage, including any payment by way of cash or other types of payment or remuneration for any of the above-mentioned purposes.

In addition, I agree to release Andrea Hamlin Photography/H Visual Media and their agents and representatives, successors and assigns and/or those for whom they are acting and those acting with their authority and permission, from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19 that may arise as a result of the taking of photographic portraits, pictures, video, audio recordings and motion picture footage.

Activity Waiver
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES
being conducted at the Kincardine Scottish Festival & Highland Games. Including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I CERTIFY that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I CERTIFY that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

It is the Participant and Guardian’s responsibility to ensure a completed and singed form is submitted to the Kincardine Scottish Festival & Highland Games or a designated representative (i.e. Highland Games, Dance or Performance) prior to park entry.

If this form cannot be completed online, please print and bring the completed form with you and hand it to a Kincardine Scottish Festival Representative at the main gate of entry. Failure to do so will be at the Participant and Guardians’ own risk and liability.
