Code of Conduct Survey
The Cortland City School District is committed to providing an educational and work environment that is positive, safe and one which promotes respect for all. We strive to ensure a strong focus on teaching and learning and promoting diverse and meaningful experiences for students.

The Code of Conduct exists to support our school-community to develop and maintain safe and supportive schools. The district, in compliance with NYS SAVE, Safe Schools Against Violence in Education Act, involves students, staff, parents, guardians and community members in reviewing the Code of Conduct annually.

This year the district is seeking feedback on four areas of the Code of Conduct. Please take a few minutes to provide your input. The Code of Conduct can be accessed at if you would like to review the Code in its entirety or each section in full.
