If you are a Washington Latin alumnus or student who transferred but did not graduate from Washington Latin and are applying for a scholarship or college or planning to transfer to another college or program, please take a moment to complete this form so that we can get your academic records where they need to go. PLEASE ALLOW ONE WEEK FOR REQUESTS TO BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED and be mindful of breaks, holidays, and three-day weekends as you time your requests! (You can check the school calendar at www.latinpcs.org/events)

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been filled.

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT LATIN SENIOR APPLYING TO COLLEGE, ALL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR COLLEGE APPLICATIONS MUST GO THROUGH NAVIANCE/FAMILY CONNECTION.

ALL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE FULFILLED WHEN YOU HAVE BROUGHT YOUR COUNSELOR YOUR COMPLETED PORTIONS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. There will be no exceptions!
