Photos will be taken throughout the duration of the camp. These photos may include candid moments of children engaging in activities, working on projects, or enjoying outdoor play.

Whenever possible, taking direct photos of children’s faces will be avoided. Photos will not be posted on my website or social media without your explicit consent.

Some images may be included in the daily reports shared only with your camp pod group.

Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

On behalf of myself and my family, I voluntarily and knowingly release, waive, and agree not to bring any claim or legal action against Erika Uy Cedergren and Summer Scholars including their officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and agents for any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any program, activity, club, or event organized by Erika Uy Cedergren and Summer Scholars. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims alleging negligence or omissions resulting in personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death. 

I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify all aforementioned parties from any such claims, whether arising from participation in activities or from the use of any materials or items provided by Erika Uy Cedergren and Summer Scholars.
