**If food and/or beverages will be served in the gym and you have received final confirmation from the parish calendar coordinator, please contact Frank Mize at 314-496-0427 or frankwmize@gmail.com to schedule a time for the installation of the floor protection. To request a microphone, please contact the school office at 821-0460. Tables and chairs are always available in the gym and dining hall. If you have any special equipment requests, please leave a message on the maintenance voice mail, 314-822-1347, ext. 3006.

A NON-SMOKING CAMPUS (BY LAW)

PARISH FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING MASS TIMES ON HOLY DAYS OF OBLIGATION. AVAILABLE FROM
1-6 PM ON HOLY DAYS.

There will not be a maintenance person to assist with your event. You/Your Organization are responsible for Setup/Cleanup/and Teardown. Misuse of terms and conditions will result in no future use of the facilities.
Please:
• Leave the room the way you found it.
• Collect all trash and haul it to the dumpster.
• Turn lights off and lock doors.
• Ask where you can obtain cleaning supplies if you are not familiar with them.


OBTAINING AND RETURNING KEYS:
• If a key is needed for Ursuline Hall, it may be obtained during business hours which are as follows: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Call for summer hours; 314-966-8600 or 314-822-1347. Keys from Ursuline Hall may be left in basket on window outside the office.
• Keys from the rectory must be returned within 24 hours. Upon returning, they should be placed through the mail slot in the second (inner) door.


Use of Parish Center/Gym

The Parish School has use of the Parish Center during regular school hours Mon. – Fri. (7:30 am – 3:00 pm)
The Parish School of Religion (PSR) has use of the Parish Center, school and cafeteria on Tuesday evenings (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
Use of the Parish Center may be scheduled in advance as follows:
Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri. from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sat. from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sun. from 12:15 pm to 6:30 pm YOU MUST EXIT THE GYM BY 9:00 PM

Use of Kitchen/Cafeteria Facilities

Kitchen use may begin two(2) hours prior to the start of the function. THE KITCHEN MUST BE RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE OF CLEANLINESS AT THE END OF YOUR FUNCTION. All kitchen utensils and equipment must remain in the kitchen or subsequent use of the kitchen by your organization will be prohibited.

Rectory Rooms
Basement rooms in the Rectory are available for meetings and must be vacated by 9:00 pm unless otherwise given advance permission. Only Rectory Room #3 is available for meetings involving children (i.e., scouts). Please remind the children they are meeting in the basement of someone’s home and should behave accordingly.

Setup/Cleanup/Teardown
Organizations are responsible for their own setup/cleanup/and teardown. Cleanup includes trash pickup, wipe up and teardown. Cleaning materials located on site may be used. Turn lights off, close windows and lock doors when finished.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy
Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the parish grounds. Alcohol is permitted with purchase of appropriate municipal alcohol license. (As stated in St. Louis County Bill #180, 1991; Ordinance #14, 522, 1991).
