Use this online form to submit your nominee's contact details along with a brief summary explaining why they are a worthy candidate. This summary should give an overview of why the candidate is outstanding, some insights about their career and personality, and an outline of how they fit the key criteria of having taken a risk, made a difference and are an inspiration in their field and/or the wider tech community. 

All initial nominations will be peer-reviewed. Candidates who best meet the selection criteria will be invited to proceed to Step 2 – Finalist Round, where four key areas will be further assessed.
