*Riders will not incur an additional up-front fee, however they will not receive a separate photo or grand prize entry ticket. Riders may pay for their lunchtime meal-on site, whereas the driver's meal is included in the initial entry fee.  

I pledge to abide by all the rules set forth below and that my tractor and I will meet all necessary requirements. I will:

- Have a valid driver's license
- Have insurance on my tractor
- Follow all traffic laws, understanding that my tractor is considered a motor vehicle while driving on Illinois roads.
- Have an SMV (slow moving vehicle) sign properly displayed on my tractor.
- Stay with the group (pace of the drive is 10 - 12mph) while maintaining a safe distance from other tractors.
- Follow instructions of the group leader and/or event organizers.
- Carry on my tractor a tow rope or chain.
- NOT consume alcohol or other substances that may impair my ability to drive.
- NOT carry riders, EXCEPT IN SEATING APPROVED BY THE MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO DRIVE.
- NOT pass other tractors on the ride, unless instructed by management.
- NOT pull anything behind my tractor.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BREAKING THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN MY DISSMISSAL FROM THE RIDE (AS DETERMINED BY EVENT ORGANIZERS) OR DENIAL OF FUTURE RIDE APPLICATIONS.  
 

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry and allowing me to participate in the DeWitt County Farm Bureau Tractor Drive, and being permitted to drive a tractor in the event; I and behalf of my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, do hereby release and forever discharge the DeWitt County Farm Bureau and the DeWitt County Farm Bureau Foundation, and any and all of their affiliated organizations, parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, managers, members, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, including injury, death, or damage of property, which may occur during or as result of participation in the event. Further, I attest that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and am physically able and sufficiently trained to participate. I assume all risks associated in participation in this event. Further, I hereby consent to the use of my name, photographs, motion pictures or other reproduction of myself by the DeWitt County Farm Bureau or its agents solely on behalf of the DeWitt County Farm Bureau, or successors or agents of the DeWitt County Farm Bureau for any purpose whatsoever, including any advertising, trade, commercial, or art purpose; and use in any publication or other advertising media, including the internet, without limitation or reservation.    

The event will be held rain or shine. Please be prepared. If weather conditions are extreme, there will be no rain date. No refunds will be offered unless event is cancelled.
