Carver County Non-Profit Emergency Assistance Program Application


The purpose of the Non-Profit Emergency Assistance Fund is to provide emergency financial assistance, through a $10,000 beneficiary payment, to non-profits who serve Carver County residents and businesses who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this program is to assist and stabilize non-profits through this economic crisis.

The Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) has up to $450,000 available for non-profits to access. Please complete the following application questions. The application deadline is September 21 at 4:30 p.m. Non-profits will be notified the week of September 28 if they have been selected for funds, at which time they will work with the CDA to submit documentation to receive the funds as well as enter into a funding agreement.

A few notes regarding eligibility: the non-profit does not have to have a physical location in Carver County; however, it must prove that it serves Carver County residents or businesses. Additionally, religious organizations with a social service component that is available to the general public and not restricted by ethnicity, gender, orientation or ability is eligible.
