Application to Host The (M) Factor 2: Before The Pause

FAQ & Key Details:

  • Fees: The (M) Factor is not charging a fee for private community screening applications scheduled before March 30, 2026. However, small business/corporate screenings will have applicable fees. 

  • Screening Link Access: You will receive a secure screening link 7-10 days before your event. This link will be active only for the event date, with restrictions that prevent downloading or screen recording. 

  • Eventbrite Requirement: All free community screenings must be hosted on Eventbrite, with The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause listed as a co-host. We will send clear instructions on how to set this up.

  • Format Options: For in-person screenings, we offer multiple formats, including a non-downloadable Vimeo link or Blu-ray. The Vimeo link is free. Please note: if you opt for a Blue-ray you will be responsible for those fees.  

  • Screening Types: In person only. Virtual screenings will not be approved.

  • Producer Attendance: You have the option to request a producer’s attendance, either in person or virtually, to enhance your event.

  • Promotional Materials: Approved hosts will have access to our digital promotional and marketing toolkit at no charge. 

  • Charging for Tickets: This is a free screening opportunity, and we aim to keep it accessible as we did with The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence. If you plan to charge admission, you must inform us of the ticket price and ensure any costs cover only essential event expenses.

  • Translations/Subtitles: Subtitles may be available upon request for select languages once they are available. Currently, we have English subtitles only.
