While we hope that departing staff will share feedback with their supervisor or executive, this survey was designed to allow them another venue to provide feedback on how we might improve the employee experience.  We hope staff will decide to stay connected to the YMCA maybe as a member, volunteer or future returning employee.  Employees may convert their employee access to membership by contacting their local branch.
