There is no participant or hanging fee for this event, but we are asking a 5% suggested donation from any art sales from the night.
Please submit 1-3 pieces and be considerate in regards to size as we would like to accommodate many artists.All work must be framed, or have the ability to be hung. Please include hanging hardware.

Please drop off your your work at exactly 4:00 on August 18th and your work will HAVE to be picked up at the end of the night at 11:00 or very special arrangements can be made with us. If special arrangements are not made, work that is left will be donated to the orchestra.
Alternatively you may drop off your work at the Crowne Plaza, 150 King East Monday August 15th through to Wednesday August 17th any time between 9 am and 4pm.
