Pop Up Shop Terms and Agreement
Thank you for your interest in our Pop Up Shop Event. We are excited to bring this idea to life and give other entrepreneurs and small business owners without their own retail space a chance to show off their merchandise and expand their customer base. This pilot program will give you an outlet to test markets, get product feedback and allow customers to see products in person that they otherwise wouldn’t be able too.

Sunshine Landscaping and Garden Center, Inc. will host the Pop Up Shop Events located at 2850 E. Division St., Diamond, IL 60416. Each vendor is solely responsible for the set up, staffing and supplying their Pop Up Shop during the full duration their event and cleanup. Each vendor will need to provided their own display and merchandising materials. All items sold at the Pop Up Event must be legal and appropriate for a family environment. Sunshine Landscaping and Garden Center, Inc. reserves the right to require removal of items or vendors at their sole discretion if we feel they are in violation of this agreement. All permits and licenses needed are the responsibly of the vendor and are to be displayed during the event. Diamond's sales tax, in Will County, is 7% and is the responsibility of the vendor to file and pay in accordance to the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Each event fee helps to cover utilities for the space during the event and administration fees. Sunshine Garden Center will post each Pop Up Shop event on their website’s event calendar as well as create a Facebook event that can be shared and promoted in addition to in-store signage.

Sunshine Landscaping and Garden Center, Inc. is not responsible for any theft of injury that may occur during your event. Sunshine Landscaping and Garden Center, Inc. reserves the right to terminate a vendor's contract at their sole discretion. The event fee is non-refundable once the contract has been signed. No modification of this agreement will be honored as valid unless the modifications are in writing and signed by both parties.
