When you complete this form, you will be signed up as a member at BOTH of our facilities! Members are able to register for programs like Homework Help, After School Arts Classes, Cook Library Scholars, Summer Learning Academies, Girls Rock Camp, and more! Becoming a member is free.

All programs are free for families living in the Roosevelt Park and Black Hills neighborhoods, or students attending César E. Chávez or SWCC schools. If you live outside of our neighborhood boundaries or don't go to these schools, some of our programs have an income-based registration fee.
