Membership Obligations
When considering membership, there are a few things you should know:
1. Dues are $170 per quarter and cover lunch and membership fees.
2. Meetings are held at the Montgomery Country Club at noon on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, and regular attendance is highly encouraged.
3. We have several fundraisers and activities throughout the year that raise money for our charities - dues DO NOT cover our charitable giving.
4. Our fundraisers sometimes have a monetary expectation (i.e., for the chili cook-off we ask members to buy/sell 10 tickets at $12 each).
5. Our motto is "We Serve". We encourage you to set aside time to help with fundraisers, vision screenings, and other available volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

Once inducted as a member, any Lion choosing to discontinue his/her membership must submit a request in writing to the board of directors, and pay all outstanding member dues charges.

By accepting membership into this club you agree to:
abide by the bylaws and constitution of the Lions Club, faithfully work with our fundraisers, serve on various committees, attend as many weekly meetings as possible, pay dues on time (dues are fixed and payable regardless of meeting attendance, and are subject to collections), and enthusiastically support and promote your club and its motto "We Serve". I accept this invitation to membership in the Montgomery Lions Club.
