2025 Clifton T. Barkalow PTO Yard/Vendor Community Sale
Join the Clifton T. Barkalow PTO Yard/Vendor Community Sale on Saturday, October 18th, 2025 from 10am-2pm. 

The Yard Sale will be held in the front bus parking lot of the Clifton T. Barkalow School (498 Stillwells Corner Road; Freehold, NJ).  Spots are limited, first come first served. Customers can use the parking lot between the Clifton T. Barkalow School and the ECLC. 

*This form must be filled out to complete registration and to reserve a spot.  Please review all rules below before registering. 

To register for the event, please ensure: 
-Completion of this form electronically by October 11, 2025.

-Registration fee must be received by October 11, 2025 by either Venmo or Cash/Check.

Venmo: @Barkalow-PTO (memo: “2025 PTO Yard Sale – Family Name or Staff Name”)
Cash/Check: Send to school in an envelope labeled “PTO Yard Sale” with your Family Name or Staff Name (checks payable to Barkalow PTO).

✅ Registration is only complete when both the form and payment are received.
🚫 No refunds will be issued.

Event Guidelines

-Sellers must remain for the entire event (10 AM – 2 PM).

-Set-up begins at 8 AM.

-This is a rain or shine, outdoor-only event.

-Tables are not provided by the PTO or Barkalow Middle School.

-School buildings will not be open (no restroom access).

-Registrants may not post or advertise the event; the PTO will handle all advertising.

-Once registration and payment are received, you will receive an email confirmation with your spot number and set up information.
