How ISPs bill : Time Zones & 95th Percentile Calculations
Many ISPs use UTC on logs and such for reasons which should be obvious. But do they use local time for billing? What if there are ports in multiple time zones?
Please fill this form out once per billing method. For instance, if you buy from two providers and sell to customers, you might fill it out three times if each of those links has a separate billing method.

95th percentile (95/5) calculation methods
Some related questions on how you calculate the 95/5 on single and multiple ports. The questions assume 5 minute samples, hence "95/5". If you use other sample times, please answer the questions as if you use a 5 minute sample.
How is 95/5 calculated?
Calculate the inbound 95/5, calculate the outbound 95/5, then take the max of those
Calculate max(inbound and outbound) for each 5 minute period, then take the 95/5 of those
Collect all 5 minute samples in both directions, combine them into a single dataset, then take the 95/5 of that
