2020 Carolina DX Association Officer Election Official Proxy
This is the Official 2020 CDXA Officers Election Proxy.

Notice is hereby given that at the Annual Meeting/Holiday Party of the
Carolina DX Association that is scheduled for Saturday, December 7th 2019 at
Big Daddy's of Lake Norman
1162 River Hwy, Mooresville, NC
immediately following dinner, the CDXA will elect its officers to serve for the 2020
calendar year.

You must be a CDXA member in good standing to vote.
If you would like to write in a candidate, please make sure that candidate will serve if elected.
