I created this group with community & mindfulness in the forefront because I think it's essential that mommas get the support they need as soon as possible in their motherhood. When mommas get the care they need, the whole family benefits! Additional Details:
- This group will be facilitated by perinatal mental health trained therapist, Johanna Lee.
- The group will run weekly for 10 weeks.
- Start date: Thursday September 19th 3-4pm
- This suggested group pricing is $30/week and will be billed weekly- there is sliding scale options to choose what is accessible for you.
- Virtual (Zoom) (will request camera on to increase comfort with sharing information and be more connected).
- Capped at 8-10
- 55-60 min sessions.
