We are so looking forward to a fun and enriching summer with your students.

Please note that the summer programs are free for students entering grade 6 to 9.

Please look through the list and select the programs you would like to enroll your child in. If spots are limited in the program preference will be given to students who signed up for more than one program.

July Drama
O’Maley Academy July Drama runs for 2 weeks:
Monday to Thursday from 9:00 - 2:00.

This camp is run by Leslie Sellers and Jennifer McKay!

August Musical Theatre
Students will rehearse songs, scenes, and dances for the camp’s ending musical review!
This camp is run by Ms. Leslie Sellers, Ms. Jennifer McKay, and Mrs. Sharon Crowley

Performing Arts Skill Building - 1 Week Program
During this one week session students will work on their PA craft. Students will do various improv skill building exercises and other theater games with our awesome PA staff.

Zero Robotics
The Zero Robotics Middle School Summer Program is an innovative and inspiring program for middle school students that is truly out of this world! The five-week STEM curriculum introduces students to computer programming, robotics, and space engineering, and provides hands-on experience programming SPHERES (Synchronized, Position, Hold, Engage, Reorient, Experimental Satellites). The program culminates in a tournament where winning teams’ SPHERES compete aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Middle school participants will get to see the SPHERES operate in space via a live feed from the ISS while NASA astronauts provide real-time commentary. Zero Robotics Middle School Summer Program is provided through a partnership between the MIT Space Systems Lab, and sponsored by NASA.

Advanced Zero Robotics : for students entering grades 7 - 9 ... preferably who have done Zero Robotics before.
5 Weeks Monday to Friday 9:00 - 2:00
Start Monday 7/8, ends Friday 8/9

Beginning Zero Robotics : for students new to robotics entering grades 6-8
5 weeks, Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 2:00
Start Monday 7/8, end Thursday 8/8

CCC- Capture, Compose, Create
Do you want to capture local flavor through numerous field trips? Do you want to compose scripts, poems, short stories, and song lyrics? Do you want to create movies, plays, music videos, collages, and drawings? Do you want to gain experience with green screens, iMovies, iPads, and more? Then Miss Crosby and Ms. Dannaher will C U this summer in CCC! Spaces are limited so sign up NOW!

During this two week camp students will conduct hands on science experiments, and take field trips to local places to explore STEAM in our community!

5th to 6th Grade Transition Program
Step It Up Transition Program!
Are you nervous about coming to O’Maley? The step it up program is designed specifically for incoming sixth grade students, don't be shy join us for some fun! During this program you will be able to meet some of the sixth grade teachers, work on community projects within our school, take fun field trip, and work on your summer reading packet.

Comic Book Creation at Art Haven
In this class we will explore the process of telling a story and creating characters. Students will use various mediums and formats to express their ideas and to create unique, original comic books
