AKF appreciates your interest in volunteering. No matter how you are able to assist, you are giving our rescue dogs the love and kindness they so desperately need while they wait for their forever home. Most of the dogs in rescue have been abandoned, neglected, or even abused. Although we evaluate our dogs prior to interaction with our volunteers, we cannot guarantee the temperament or actions of the dogs, since their history is often unknown. Working with rescue dogs comes with risks. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and understand this and accept these risks.

I have accurately completed this Volunteer Recruitment Form to the best of my ability. All information stated is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Animal Kingdom Foundation Inc. and AKF cannot be held responsible for the actions and behaviors of the dogs in the rescue center. I agree and accept to assume the risks in working with the dogs whose past history may be unknown. I agree to report any incident to the AKF staff immediately and not to take ANY action against the animals I am interacting with.

REQUISITE ON DATA PRIVACY: By registering, I allow AKF to contact me and use the information I provided as reference in any future activities of the organization. This is in accordance with the current Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Should I wish to stop receiving updates from AKF, I will send an email to them at AKFanimalrescue@gmail.com.

Settle your first-time membership fee by remitting to the following payment channels. ​Scan or take clear photo of deposit slip or receipt, then email proof of payment to AKFvolunteers.ph@gmail.com.

Membership Fee is P280 inclusive of an Official AKF Volunteers Shirt.  Please add P200 for the shipping fee of your shirt. Please note that there may be a delay in sending of your volunteer shirts due to the Pandemic.

Guidelines:
1) For minors, have your Parental Consent Form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
2) All applicants must also submit Proof of Payment of their membership fee (except for those paying on-site during VROs).
4) Scan, screenshot, or take clear photos of completed Parental Consent form and  Proof of Payment.
