being a vendor at the Muskoka Maple Festival 2026! Being held Saturday April 25th, 2026
The Muskoka Maple Festival is a
signature spring event celebrating Canada’s sweetest tradition — maple syrup —
along with our vibrant local community. This high-traffic, family-friendly
festival takes place in downtown Huntsville and attracts thousands of visitors
from across Muskoka and beyond.
🍁 Vendor Priority Categories
To maintain the integrity and
theme of the festival, vendor acceptance will follow this priority order:
1.
Muskoka-based maple producers (first priority)
2.
Maple-themed products & foods (second priority)
3.
Canadian-made / Canadiana-themed products (third priority)
Please note: Submitting an
application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be curated to ensure a
balanced, high-quality marketplace aligned with the festival theme.
Cost to participate:
Muskoka Maple Festival: Chamber Member $100+hst | Non Chamber Member $150+hst
To receive the member rate you must be a member of the Huntsville Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce.
