This form requires a non-refundable $25.00 application fee that will be directly applied to your Virginia Tech account upon receipt. This form and fee constitute an application for the program and/or its wait list.
Once again, this semester all snacks and water will be provided by LHH, but meals should be packed daily when appropriate.
All non-grad student families will pay 12% over advertised rates (see section on payment agreement)
Please note: Priority for enrollment goes to currently-enrolled Graduate Student families, then to currently-enrolled families of non-graduate students, and then there is an open application period.

The tuition for the Fall 2025 Session at Little Hokie Hangout is assessed based on the number of hours per week the child attends. Charges will be billed to the parent/guardian VT account. Late enrollment will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the percentage of days attending. The dates of operation will be as follows:
• We will NOT be open Monday, August 25, it is a professional development day
• Open: August 26 TUESDAY
• Closed: 9/1 Labor Day
• Closed: 10/17 Fall Break (one day only)
• Closed: 11/24-28 Thanksgiving Break
• LAST DAY: 12/12 PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE LAST DAY OF FINAL EXAMS
