Due to limited space, we recommend applicants offering hand-made goods also apply to our Artists' Alley.
Booth Pricing:One (1) in-line booth: $350One (1) corner booth: $500
The first booth rented includes two (2) badges and each additional booth includes one (1) badge. Additional costs may apply for electricity, internet, extra badges and special requests. The sale of Japanese snacks in Exhibitor Hall requires a $50 food buyout be paid. Please see the contract for more information.
Please note: COAF has a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding bootlegs. Vendors found to be selling unauthorized merchandise will be promptly removed from the convention.
INSTRUCTIONS: Take a moment to read through all items on this form before initiating the process of filling it out. It's a good idea to copy your responses into a document so they don't get lost in the middle of filling out this form, just in case. This is merely an application—we'll evaluate all of the candidates and make a final, juried decision on exhibitors.
Applications close on Nov. 1. All exhibitors will be notified of their application status by Jan. 15. Payments must be received within 30 days of notification or spots will no longer be guaranteed.
