CSHS Remote Learning Daily Log
Thank you for being our partner in this process, and please know that your feedback will continue to be important to us throughout the at-home Remote Learning experience.

There are a few requirements that have been set forth by our Kansas State Department of Education, and we are asking for your commitment to help us successfully meet these requirements. Under these requirements, each at-home remote learning student and family will be required to complete the following:

-A daily log (this form) for documentation of teacher contact and total learning time (all learning activities, not just screen time) that meets or exceeds 420 minutes (7 hours) per day.

-Submission of the daily log, which this form will help you to accomplish.  BOTH THE STUDENT AND PARENT NEED TO GO THOUGH THIS TOGETHER AFTER EACH SCHOOL DAY.

*Important: Please contact your child's classroom teacher for directions on how many minutes per subject you should be recording daily.
