This category recognises a male business leader, policy maker or public figure for his strong commitment to developing women talent and supporting women's economic empowerment. In order to be nominated in this category:
- Nominees must hold a leadership position (Chairperson, President, CEO, Managing Director etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
- Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.
