• Horse & Riders are photographed and/or videoed to the best of Brookes abilities considering the elements of the show. All Horse & Riders are photographed during all phases of competition, and are allowed free social media/ low resolution digital image downloads for personal use.

• Horses are ONLY videoed if requested.

• Orders are processed in the order that they are received.

• Due to the high demand, please give up to a week to receive your orders.

• All video is comprised of short format video - This is not a general overall video of the entire round.

What is a "REEL"?

Reels are a fun, engaging short format video made up of multiple, engaging clips, typically spanning 20 seconds, that is commonly shared on social media for personal and promotional purposes. it is paired with complimentary music. it is comprised of multiple short vertical clips that capture highlights of a horse & Rider. These videos are ideal to share on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.

•Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if services are canceled 48 hours prior to the beginning of the competition.

Horse or Rider do not compete in any amount of the competition and Brooke is notified prior to the beginning of the competition.

• Refunds ARE NOT issued due to events during the show that are out of Brookes control such as , but are not limited to horse misbehavior, obstacle refusal, judge dismissal .
