All participation fees will be paid in advance. Club session fees are non-refundable.
All jumpers must have tennis shoes to participate. Students without appropriate shoes will not be able to participate.
Workshops  and parade practice will be held in Center for Performing Arts and Learning located in Beck Business Center at 28243 Beck Rd B2, Wixom, MI 48393

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION, RISK & PARTICIPANT HEALTH                                               I understand and am aware that the jump rope programs and workshops provided are potentially hazardous activities. The named participant is voluntarily participating in these activities. I have been informed and acknowledge that the participant, in taking jump rope exercise instruction, does so at his/her own risk. I do hereby declare the named participant to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, or disease that would prevent his/her participation and do hereby assume all responsibility for his/her participation and activities. *
I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations adopted by the club, including those pertaining to facility and equipment use.
