Sell your hand-crafted products and works of art at the festival!
This year’s FireFish festival is located on the banks of the Black River in downtown Lorain, north of East Erie Avenue. The festival will encompass areas on and adjacent to Black River Lane underneath the Bascule Bridge to Broadway Avenue near Lorain City Hall, as well as a large undeveloped plot of land along the Black River (address 201 Broadway Ave). Known as “the pellet terminal area" this very large dirt, gravel, and grass lot adjacent to Black River Lane will be transformed into the FireFish Festival village. The Main Stage, giant FireFish, and the Burning of the FireFish Ceremony will be located within the lot, along with food vendors, artisans, and artists. Art installations, and performances of all kinds will take place in all areas of the festival.

We will only accept vendors that HANDCRAFT their products or create original pieces of artwork.
Non-Profits! Host a Booth With Us!
Non-Profit Organizations, host a booth with us at the festival to showcase your resources and products! The $50 fee will be waived for 501 c3 organizations. Please fill out the vendor application and we will be in touch with more information upon booth approval.
FireFish staff will review vendor applications for approval. If approved, an invoice will be sent for payment along with more information on being a vendor. Vendor status is not considered confirmed until payment is received.
You must SUPPLY YOUR OWN TENT and weights. We strongly recommend you be prepared for all weather situations. Heavy tent weights, tarps, and rope are highly recommended. Vendors are not permitted to drill into the ground to secure their tent.
• All vendors must provide their tables, chairs, decorations, clean-up materials, lighting, and other necessary equipment.
No power will be available.
We are NOT accepting direct sell vendor applications.
Fees are refundable up to 30 days before the festival however there will be a $25 processing fee.
