Dear Post Field Attachment Student,The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain information regarding FA session. BUGS will appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to respond to the following questions as honestly as possible. Your feedback will enable BUGS to work towards improvement of the FA exercise.Please indicate your level of agreement in the following statement by ticking;
1. The  current process of students selecting organizations/industries is good
2. Placement of students by FA coordinators is the best approach
3. Letters of the acceptance to the organization was received in time
4. I was informed of the  organization and I reported in time
5. The organization where I was posted had adequate facilities for Field Attachment
6. The Field Attachment coordinator provided all the necessary information I needed for placement
