You will receive access to resources, including the curriculum, teacher guides, and other materials that will aid you in delivering quality tutoring sessions.

Next Steps

While we currently do not have students ready for immediate assignment, we are confident that you will be assigned students in the shortest time possible. During this waiting period, we encourage you to go through the resources that will be provided to you and master them, so that when your first student is assigned, you'll be fully prepared to begin their coding journey.

  Merit-Based Assignments  
It’s important to note that assigning more than one student to a tutor is not automatic, nor solely dependent on availability. The decision will be based primarily on merit and performance. We value the quality of teaching, and your ability to consistently deliver top-notch tutoring sessions will be the deciding factor.  
  Payment Structure  

At the end of each month, all tutors will receive payment based on the total number of classes they have conducted. The payment will be calculated by multiplying the number of classes taken by the tutor by the fee associated with the duration of each class.

Payments will be processed and transferred to your account at the end of the month.

  Adherence to Tutors SOPs  
  Lastly, adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is non-negotiable. These guidelines are in place to ensure that we maintain a high standard of service and deliver consistent, quality education to our students.
