DNA Board of Directors Nomination Form
This form is to be completed and submitted by any member of the St. Louis Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) who wishes to be included on the ballot for election to the DNA Board of Directors at the Annual Town Hall Meeting on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 6pm in the auditorium of the Downtown Central Library. Candidates will be given an opportunity to speak during the Annual Town Hall Meeting about why they wish to be on the board.

The Board of Directors meets once per month to guide the direction of the association. Anyone who is a DNA member may be a nominee. Sign up to be a member here: http://saintlouisdna.org/join/.

There are 2 types of seats available, resident member seats and small business member seats. There are 6 resident member seats for 2-year terms and 1 resident member seat for a 1-year term. Furthermore, 3 of the 6 resident member seats with 2-year terms are elected each year. Every small business member seat is for a 1-year term, and they are elected each year.

In accordance with Article VIII, Section 2 of the DNA Bylaws, all nominations must be submitted to the Board of Directors no later than 7 calendar days prior to the election, which is Monday, January 1, 2018. Nominees will be posted to the website as they are made beginning December 1, 2017.

There will be a Board retreat on Saturday, February 3 from 9am-3pm at a location to be determined in Downtown that all board members are expected to attend.
