D6 Fall Festival 2024 - Performer Registration
Application deadline for Performers is October 1, 2024, unless line up is filled first.  Applicants must submit an application to be considered for the festival – located at the Mira Mesa Community Park at 8575 New Salem Street, 92126. The event will be on October 19, 2024 from 3PM - 8PM.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.  Once online application is received, you will be contacted for a picture and bio.
