In accordance with Senate Bill 12 of the 89th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature, this form provides for an Internet portal through which parents of students enrolled in the district may submit comments to campus or district administrators and the board of trustees. The information collected through this portal will be shared with the school board members, as well as appropriate campus and district administrators. Information will not be shared publicly unless required by law. It should be noted that complaints for which a resolution is sought would follow the process outlined under
