Paid Assignments

• All rights to the Images belong exclusively to Edward Louis Photography.

• Photographer has full and unrestricted rights to publish, display, sell, license, and otherwise use the Images in any form, including social media, print, advertising, and commercial purposes.

• Model waives any right of approval or further compensation.

• Any use of the Images by Model must credit Photographer (Edward Louis Photography), who retains copyright.

Unpaid (Time for Print) Assignments

• This session is a TFP (Time for Print) collaboration. In return for my time, I will receive the best edited images from the shoot.

• Photographer retains all commercial rights to the Images, including print, exhibition, sale, and licensing. This does not affect my ability to use the Images personally, provided I give proper credit to Photographer.

• Photographer agrees to consult with Model before publishing Images on social media platforms, and will respect Model’s reasonable approval or denial for online use.

• Any use of the Images by Model must credit Photographer (Edward Louis Photography), who retains copyright.

For safety and recordkeeping:

• You may be asked to present a driver’s license or photo ID at the shoot.

• You agree to show valid identification upon request.
