emotional- being able to recognise awareness of feelings as well as being able to control and cope with different emotions well.
physical- understanding the need for regular activity and exercise, encouraging understanding about nutrition and diet.
intellectual- expanding knowledge by pursuing personal interests, reading books, magazines and newspapers.
spiritual- always on the search for meaning and purpose. Being spiritually well means living life in consistent with one’s values and beliefs.
environmental- this means contributing to the community and environment and encouraging healthy living to those around you.
