1. This is an Agreement between you, (the “Client”), and the School, to book a slot at the Carnegie Hall Performance on Saturday March 18, 2023 at 8:00 PM in New York, NY (the “Event”). *

2. By registering for the Event, I will be available to perform on Saturday March 18, 2023 at Carnegie Hall in New York, NY. *

3. I am responsible for my own travel, lodging & expenses (meals, etc). *

4. By registering, I agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $600 per performer and grant the School authorization to charge the Client’s Credit Card in the amount of $600 at the time of registration as a one-time, non-refundable fee to book one (1) slot at the Event. *

5. The Client acknowledges that this performance is an acoustic performance. If any performer would like any type of professional accompaniment it will be $100 per musician for hire. The Academy will have a pianist and a guitarist available for hire for anyone who would like to use them (especially vocalists). *

6. The Client acknowledges that, should the Student change her/his mind about participating in the Event, the School shall not refund the registration fee payment. The client also acknowledges that Students whose regular lessons are scheduled for Saturday March 18, 2023, or any days before or after while students are traveling, will not have private make-up lessons for this absence, nor shall the tuition for these classes be refunded or credited. (Students are welcome to sign up for a group make-up class). *

7. The Client acknowledges and agrees that should Student discontinue lessons (withdraw) or take an extended break from lessons at the School prior to the Event, Student’s spot in the Event will be forfeited and offered to a student on the waiting list. The registration fee will not be refunded. Continuous lessons are required for participation. No Exceptions. *
