Affiliate Program Interest Form

Reading Nation Waterfall (RNW) is eagerly accepting collaborators for its affiliate program. To learn more about joining the RNW Affiliate Program or to explore potential partnerships, please complete this interest form.

The RNW project is a three-year, $1.4 million initiative funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). Its primary mission is to enhance access to literacy and libraries for Native American children across the United States. RNW collaborates with five Native American tribes: the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, the Northern Cheyenne Tribe, the Santo Domingo Pueblo, and the Yurok Tribe.

Two key components of RNW are the establishment of Book Ecosystems and Community Book Gardens within tribal communities. Book Ecosystems connect three essential community pillars, forming the three legs of the stool—Head Start programs, elementary school libraries, and public libraries. Each pillar plays a crucial role in ensuring the project's stability and success. Community Book Gardens serve as gathering spaces for storytelling and provide access to culturally relevant resources.
