Band Uniform Contract
All band members are issued a school owned uniform for their use during the marching band season and are responsible for their proper care. Please read, review, and sign the following contract concerning uniform distribution, rules, and maintenance. If you would like a copy of your responses emailed to you, please select the "send me a copy of my responses" option at the end of the form. Uniform Care
- Band Uniforms are DRY CLEAN ONLY.

- Uniforms can be cleaned throughout the season as needed, and MUST be cleaned before they are returned at the end of the season. Please include the dry-cleaning receipt.

Uniform Rules
- You may never EAT in your uniform. You may drink water in uniform.
Uniform Return
- Uniforms must be returned by Thanksgiving Break, 2018. Please return them with a cleaning receipt attached (this makes it easier for us to tell that the uniform has been cleaned).

- You will be financially responsible for uniform items that are not returned. This includes pants, jackets, garment bag, raincoat, hat, and hat box.
