Brewery/Bar Receives:
     - Brewery Bio in Orange Observer Insert if registered BY March 1st, 2024
     - 10x10 booth space & complimentary ice to keep beer cool
     - Logo with link on hamlinbeerfestival.com
     - Listed in Hamlin Craft Beer Festival event guide to be printed in Orange Observer's Beer Issue (week of the event) Additional ad space available starting at $375. Inquire with iggy@orangeobserver.com
     - Listed in event guide given to all attendees
   
Beer vendors will provide:
     - 30-45 gallons of beer (different varieties encouraged)
     - Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/cans
     - Tent, tables, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up, including weights / sandbags to secure tents. NO STAKING INTO THE GROUND.)
     - Personnel to work serve during the event
     - In-brewery and social media promotion for the event

Each participating vendor will be contacted at least one month prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served.
