2019 Nonprofit & Merchant @ Market Application
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

This application is specifically for nonprofits and businesses applying for Merchant at the Market booths at the Riverside Arts Market. Filling out an application doesn't guarantee approval to participate in the market. All applicants will have a response from the RAM Management team within 30 days of receipt. Do not send payment until approval email is received and your participation is confirmed. Booth spaces for Saturday may be limited. Reservations are first come, first serve.

COSTS:
Nonprofit $25
Merchant at Market: $100, except special event days.
Special Event Day prices: $150, including but not limited to: First Saturday Brews, RAP's Home Tour, Earth Day Celebration, Arf Barket, Summer Bash, Back to School Bash, River Ruckus, Yoga Fest, Halloween Celebrations, Small Business Saturday and Holiday events.

Invoices will be sent via PayPal to approved participants. Payment can be made via invoice or if you're paying the day you arrive, check or cash is only accepted. Invoices must be paid no later than day-of event. Checks should be made out to Riverside Avondale Preservation. If mailing check, please mail to Riverside Avondale Preservation, 2623 Herschel Street, Jacksonville, Fl 32204.

WHAT TO BRING:
Nonprofits and Merchants are not permitted to sell any items during their time at Riverside Arts Market.
All parties must bring their own supplies, including but not limited to, tables chairs, extension cords, duct tape, etc. Tents are not mandatory but in the event one is used, it must be secured from creating injury to a person or damaging product. Tents that are not secured, will have to be removed. Bridge cover is not guaranteed.

DAY-OF SPECIFICS:
Booth size is no bigger than 10x10. All nonprofits and merchants must stay for the hours of the event, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Set up begins at 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. All cars must be off RAM property by 9:30 a.m. There is no vehicle movement after 9:30 a.m. within the RAM site.

Breakdown begins at 3 p.m. Vehicles within RAM are not permitted to move until 3:10 p.m. or until RAM Management deems safe. Vehicles parked outside of RAM will be allowed into the market at 3:15 p.m. or when JSO/RAM Management deems safe. Any vehicle movement within the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 3:10 p.m., without Management notice, is subject for removal at the market and will not be invited back to set up.

Speed limit within RAM is 5 mph.

PARKING:
Nonprofit and Merchant Parking is in the Black Knight parking lot, adjacent to RAM.

MISC. A site map, traffic patterns and further instructions are sent to the organization's contacts during the week preceding the RAM you are scheduled for.
