The refund window is open from today (Friday 21st August) until one week after the new dates are announced. Refund requests should be submitted within the advertised refund window to ensure they can be processed. If you have an exceptional circumstance or need to discuss your order, please contact us before submitting the form.

Once the refund window has closed, we expect all eligible refund requests to be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
