This is the membership application form for Strathmore Disc Golf Club for the 2023 season.

Rates for 2023 are:

$40 - Regular Membership
$20 - Junior Membership - under 16 years old on December 31, 2023
$10 - Optional Tag

All memberships include a stamped disc, league night play, tag, $5 savings on all S'More hosted tournaments, and 15% off at JK Discs)
