I had to go through massage therapy school to learn craniosacral work. We rushed through learning  several basic holds and finished the class with only about 12 practice sessions. Most of the students never actually learned to feel the cranial rhythm—which is the most important part of craniosacral work! While I was one of the few in my class who could actually feel the cranial rhythm, I felt very unprepared to help people in that way. I've spent 10+ years refining my practice of craniosacral work and look forward teaching you all of the things I wish I would have learned when I went through my classes.

*Please note: We require 20 practice sessions between each class—that way you will have 100 Craniosacral Dynamics sessions completed by the time you graduate!! Also, we have done the homework ourselves, and it only takes 1–2+ hours each month. Not bad at all. Plus we give you tools to ensure your success!
