TRAVEL NOTE - For self-paying travel only
1. Applicable for Brunei Government sponsored scholars (under MOE (including
doctors), DANA, BAS, MORA and UBD), and Private or Self-funding students.
2. Complete Sections A, B, C, D, E, and G only.
3. Submit the completed APT form at least ONE (1) month before date of departure.
4. Submission of support documents is not necessary.
5. Private and self-funding students are encouraged to submit the APT form on
completion of their studies in Australia

AIR PASSAGE - For air passage entitlements
1. Only applicable for scholars under MOE (including doctors), DANA, BAS, MORA and
UBD and SBPP students.
2. Complete Sections A, B, C, D, F and G only.
3. Submit the completed APT form at least TWO (2) months before date of departure.
4. Email to EAUC at students@brunei.org.au a pdf copy of your passport (detail page )
and Student Visa only.

1. EAUC will only purchase the tickets after all details are confirmed by the student.
2. Any additional charges as a result of changes made after tickets are issued will be
borne by the students.
3. Nominal baggage allowance for domestic and international tickets is 23kg and 30kg
respectively. Any excess will be paid by the students.

1. Student may opt to stay in Melbourne before returning to Brunei.
2. However, EAUC will only provide air tickets from Melbourne to Brunei.
3. Student will pay for their own travel to Melbourne and other incidentals such as
accommodation and commuting expenses.

1. Transit in Melbourne is allowed on the return journey with full air passage to the
student's city of study.
2. Students will pay for any incidentals during their stay in Melbourne.

1. Students using their air passage entitlement are to fly direct to Brunei and may not
transit in a third country.
2. If the entitlement is used to travel to a third country, EAUC will only pay for the final leg
to Brunei.
3. Students are required to write to the EAUC's Director of Studies for permission, at least
THREE (3) months before date of departure.
4. Students may choose to purchase their air tickets first. However, reimbursement is only
possible once permission is given by MOE.

1. To apply for air passage reimbursement, students can use the AFR2 form.
2. Students are allowed to purchase their own tickets. Tickets must be bought early
ie. at least TWO (2) months before date of departure.
3. Pdf copy of the air ticket and receipts must also be provided.
4. EAUC will not pay for add-ons such as seat bookings, meals, excess baggage, etc.
5. Travelling expenses such as payments for taxi, train, Uber may only be reimbursed
for End-of-Study Passage.
