Affiliated Group Session Request Form

The Central Division of the American Philosophical Association invites requests from affiliated groups to host sessions at the 2026 APA Central Division meeting, which will be held at the Palmer House in Chicago Illinois, on February 18–21, 2026.

The Central Division is transitioning to a one-step process for requesting group sessions. To request a session at the 2026 Central Division meeting, you must submit all session information using this form by September 15.

The form will ask you to provide a session title, participant information (including contact details), and agree to affiliated group session policies. If you are signed into a Google account, you will be able to save your progress and return later to complete the form. Your request is not complete until you hit the Submit button at the end of the form, at which time you will receive a copy of your submission by email.

The full meeting program will be published on the APA website meeting page in December 2025. The meeting page, with registration and other information, will be available in summer 2025.

Please note that all participants in affiliated group program sessions are required to register for the meeting. A reduced rate will be available for those who register during the early bird registration period. Discounts are also available for APA members (including student members).
