Description of Booth *
For example, small display, large equipment, space for interactive activities, etc.
Will there be heavy equipment as part of your booth? *
If yes, you will be contacted to schedule a move-in time. Move-in for heavy equipment is Monday, January 31, 2022 from 1-4 p.m.
Will you be offering food other than miniature, bite-sized candy? *
If yes, a Food Sampling form must be completed. The form will be sent to you after the registration form has been submitted.
Electrical Needed? *
Electrical is provided through Modern Expo & Events. Instructions for ordering electrical will be provided after the registration form and fee have been received. Electrical costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Internet Needed? *
Internet is provided through Mountain America Expo Center. Instructions for ordering internet will be provided after the registration form and fee have been received. Internet costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Additional Badges Needed?
Two exhibitor badges are included in the registration fee. Additional badges that include concessions are available for $30.00 each. Badges without concessions are available for no charge. If you know the number of additional badges you need, please provide the number below. Additional badges can be ordered at anytime prior to the event. Please email allison.tobaben@jordandistrict.org if you need to place an order.

The event hours are Tuesday, February 1, 2022 and Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Exhibitor check-in opens each day at 7:30 a.m.
Booth assignments may not be finalized until two weeks prior to event.
Booth accessories, electrical connections, and internet are paid by the exhibitor.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
